Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Wrong item or size delivered.
Item damaged during shipment.
Manufacturing or fabric defects.
Items that have been worn, laundered, or stained.
Customized or altered garments.
If an order is refused at doorstep without valid reason or return conditions are violated, courier delivery fees (৳80 Dhaka / ৳150 Outside Dhaka) remain payable.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment channel or mobile wallet within 5–7 business days.
